ReadyForce ("ReadyForce," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at readyforce.ca and the technician coordination network platform (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following circumstances:
- Between marketplace participants — when a vehicle owner or fleet operator submits a service request, relevant contact and vehicle information may be shared with matched technicians to facilitate the repair.
- Service providers — we work with third-party vendors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of ReadyForce, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity subject to the same privacy protections.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the Services, and to comply with legal obligations. Technician account data is retained for the duration of the account and for a reasonable period thereafter. Damage request submissions are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Technician passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and analyse Site usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect certain features, including technician account login.
