Terms of Use
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at readyforce.ca and the ReadyForce technician coordination network platform (collectively, the "Services"), operated by ReadyForce ("ReadyForce," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
ReadyForce operates an online coordination network that connects vehicle owners and fleet operators ("Customers") with independent paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians ("Technicians"). ReadyForce is a platform intermediary only. We do not perform repair services ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement between Customers and Technicians. All repair work is performed by independent Technicians who are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of their services.
3. User Accounts
Technician accounts
Technicians must register for an account to access the marketplace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@readyforce.ca if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting a service request, and to keep that information up to date. ReadyForce reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Technician Obligations
By registering as a Technician, you represent and warrant that you:
- Hold all licences, certifications, and insurance required by applicable law to perform PDR services in your jurisdiction.
- Will perform all services in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
- Will accurately represent your qualifications, experience, certifications, and availability on your profile.
- Will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws in connection with your services.
- Are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of ReadyForce.
5. Customer Obligations
By submitting a service request, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle, damage, and location.
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed time and location.
- Deal directly and in good faith with the Technician assigned to your request.
- Not circumvent the platform to avoid fees or obligations.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, reviews, or content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any other user of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or another user's account.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Services without our written consent.
- Use the Services to solicit Technicians or Customers outside the platform to avoid platform fees.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
7. Fees and Payments
ReadyForce may charge fees for certain Services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you incur them. Payment terms, if applicable, will be set out in a separate agreement or at the point of transaction. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of ReadyForce or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our trademarks or trade names.
9. User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Services (including profile information, photos, and reviews), you grant ReadyForce a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. READYFORCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. READYFORCE MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY TECHNICIANS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, READYFORCE AUTO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF READYFORCE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL READYFORCE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO READYFORCE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($100 CAD).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReadyForce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. ReadyForce has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
14. Termination
ReadyForce reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination.
15. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes we will provide additional notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
